At Velokurjers, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.
1. Cancellation of Purchase / Returns
You have the right to return an unused and unopened product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return, please:
- Send a cancellation request or return form to Lauris@velokurjers.lv
- Deliver the product to our warehouse:
Lapeņu iela 7, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Lauris@velokurjers.lv so we can assess and resolve the issue.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
